Most small business owners are not technical savvy. They want to use a user friendly tool to guide them.
A mobile app based tool can improve user experience.
Use Google cloud platform VM and its Datalab Jupyter python notebook as our development tool, we built a Chat-bot prototype (MyBizBot) to improve user experience via machine learning*.
*A comprehensive machine learning can be built to support the Chat-bot if there is sufficient time.
